About Hoverlay:
While the potential for augmenting things and places around us with relevant content seems limitless, creating such experiences today is complex, skills intensive, and expensive. Consequently, the use of AR has not spread beyond entertainment, gaming and high-end manufacturing use cases. Yet, we believe that AR has the potential to become a primary way we find, share and interact with curated digital content in our everyday lives.
Hoverlay is a service that enables anyone, with no technical knowledge, to tag things and places with a layer of virtual, interactive content, and share it with others. There is no coding, computer vision, or 3D knowledge required as anyone can add digital content to objects, places, or video using commodity phones as the primary device.
