David is a Principal at Arrowstreet, a Boston based architecture and design firm that was recognized as BostInno’s 50 on Fire design winner in 2015 for developing innovative and creative solutions for the built environment. During his 20+ years of practice, David has developed an expertise in mixed-use projects including complex public/private development partnerships. As a champion of the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Reality (VR) as design tools in Arrowstreet’s practice, he sees the potential for technology to influence architecture throughout the entire design process. For the last several years, he has led teams that have utilized VR and other visualization software to allow clients to experience their projects more intuitively during the design phases. He is working with the team at Arrowstreet to create VR and AR experiences that allow project teams and clients to interactively connect with design to explore concepts in a more immersive way, pushing innovation within Arrowstreet’s practice.
