Jacqueline Assar is an entrepreneur with a passion for immersive technologies. Jacqueline spearheads strategy and growth at Coresights, a startup that combines virtual and augmented reality technologies with biometric analysis. Coresights is a member of Play Labs, MIT’s first accelerator for VR/AR/AI companies. Jacqueline previously worked for NotionTheory, a D.C. based design and development firm that specializes in the fields of web, mobile, virtual reality, augmented reality and artificial intelligence. She is a founding member of KidCity VR, a first of its kind educational platform that allows for real-time learning and collaboration in virtual reality. KidCity VR was awarded the Grand Prize at the MIT Media Lab VR/AR Hackathon and recognized by HTC and the Samsung Global Innovation Center. She has previously held positions at TED, MIT and the Hult Prize Foundation.
