Shirin Sadri is a medical student at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. She received a B.S. in Bioengineering from UCLA and an M.S. in Bioengineering from Stanford. She is passionate about medical innovation and improving patient care through advances in technology. She is currently working on interdisciplinary research to develop and test an augmented reality guidance system for vascular interventions in the Computer Graphics and User Interfaces Lab of Professor Steven Feiner at Columbia University, in collaboration with physicians at Columbia University Medical Center / NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital.
